As a host community for the 2012 Ontario ParaSport Winter Games, we will be demonstrating to athletes and visitors from around the province why Huntsville is the greatest place to live. You the volunteers are the face of that pride and through your efforts, teamwork and spirit, we will make these games a truly great experience for everyone involved. All volunteers will be required to participate in training events prior to the Games (time and location TBD) and will be asked to work a minimum of two 4 hour shifts over the weekend.
 
There will be a volunteer lounge with refreshments set up at all venues for the comfort of the volunteers, and all volunteers will receive a meal coupon for any shift in excess of 4 hours.
 
All volunteers will receive volunteer apparel (Scarves for outdoor events, and t-shirts for indoor events) as well as an accreditation lanyard.
